Netex AŞ joined Index Grup, Turkey's leading IT distribution group, in 2001 and established a 50-50% partnership with Westcon Group thus gaining global knowledge, accumulation and power.

Following 13 years of a fruitful cooperation, Index AŞ acquired 50% shares of Westcon Group in February 2020 pursuant to its future strategic goals and incorporated 100% of Netex AŞ. As of November 2, 2020, Netex AŞ and Artım AŞ, the companies operating in the field of value-added distribution of Index Grup, merged under a single roof under the name of "Netex”.

Thanks to this merger, Netex AŞ offers its business partners the most powerful brands of current IT technologies from a single source in the fields of network and infrastructure solutions, data center solutions, security solutions, cloud solutions, OT/VT solutions, IT automation solutions, big data and analytics solutions, IoT. Netex AŞ's strong and value-added product portfolio includes global technology giants such as Cisco Systems, IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba Networking, Lenovo ISG, Honeywell, Zebra, Panasonic and Legrand.
